Mexican Rice, in a rice cooker
Make Mexican rice in a your rice cooker so that you can set it and forget it!
- 2 cups white rice
- 2 cups water
- 1 tablespoon Knorr caldo de tomate seasoning
- 1/4 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/4 cup diced onions
- 1 tablespoon salsa optional
- 1 tablespoon cooking oil
Coat the bottom of your rice cooker with cooking oil.
Rinse the rice until the water runs clear.
Add rice to the rice cooker.
Next, add Knorr seasoning, tomatoes, onions, and salsa.
After that, cover with 2 cups of water.
Cook the rice, following the settings on your rice cooker.
