Today, I want to share a Sparkling Agua de Tamarindo recipe with you. This is a fun twist on a classic Latin drink. I am so excited to get into it. Agua fresca de tamarindo is a classic in many Latin homes. Adding sparkling water gives it a fun fizz! I hope you enjoy this recipe as much as I do!
To make this recipe as authentically Latin as possible, I used Topo Chico seltzer to give this recipe a fun fizz.

This sparkling agua fresca is delicious on its own. However, if you would prefer to spike this drink, here are a few suggestions! You can add a shot of tequila blanco to this. That would make it like a sort of tamarindo margarita. Additionally, you can use Topo Chico’s new hard seltzer. You can learn more about it here. I buy my Topo Chico Mineral Water at Northgate Market. To sum up, what do you think of this recipe? Do you like tamarindo? If so, how do you like to enjoy it? Let me know in the comments.
