  • Pressure Cooker


  • 1 cup lentils rinsed
  • 3 cups water or chicken broth
  • 1 tbsp adobo seasoning
  • 1 tsp sazon seasoning
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup chopped, mixed vegetables (such as onions, carrots, celery, squash) optional
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 bay leaf


  • Add oil to the bottom of your pressure cooker.
  • Now, add in rinsed lentils.
  • Next, add in seasonings.
  • Add in broth (or water), and vegetables.
  • Stir well.
  • Seal your pressure cooker.
  • Cook on high for ten minutes.
  • Once cooked, carefully release steam.
  • Serve cooked lentils over leftover rice.
  • Enjoy!
