Have you ever had cafe de olla? The Latin style of coffee combines coffee, cinnamon, and piloncillo flavors for an amazing cup of coffee. Additionally, do you like to Irish up your coffee? If so, then you are going to love this coffee martini recipe!
The cocktail tastes great. It combines coffee, piloncillo syrup, vodka, and Kahlua for a sweet drink that will get you going. So, forget about the vodka Redbull. Instead, enjoy this cafe de olla martini. It will put some pep in your step.
So how do we make this cocktail?
The base of this cocktail is coffee and vodka. To give this drink some life, we will make a simple syrup with piloncillo and cinnamon. This will sweeten the cocktail. If you want it even sweeter, then you can add Kahlua as well.
What type of alcohol pairs well with this drink?
For this cocktail, you want smooth vodka. I suggest using Tito’s Handmade Vodka. It is my personal favorite vodka. Anytime I make drinks with vodka, I use Tito’s. Check out another cocktail recipe with Tito’s here.
