Cafe de Olla Martini Recipe

Have you ever had cafe de olla? The Latin style of coffee combines coffee, cinnamon, and piloncillo flavors for an amazing cup of coffee. Additionally, do you like to Irish up your cookie? If so, then you are going to love this cocktail! The cocktail tastes great. It combines coffee, piloncillo syrup, vodka, and Kahlua for a sweet drink that will get you going. So, forget about the vodka Redbull. Instead, enjoy this cafe de olla martini.  It will put some pep in your step.

We make a simple syrup with piloncillo and cinnamon. This will sweeten the cocktail. If you want it even sweeter, then you can add Kahlua as well.

For this cocktail, you want smooth vodka. I suggest using Tito’s vodka. It is my personal favorite vodka.

Are you excited for the recipe? Great. Then, let’s get to it!
